These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the agreement between Reel Moments by Grace ("we", "us", "our") and you ("the Client") for the provision of wedding content creation services. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Reel Moments by Grace provides wedding content creation services, including short-form video content and delivery of raw and edited digital files, as outlined in your selected package or booking confirmation.

Specific deliverables, coverage duration, and turnaround times will be confirmed in writing prior to the wedding date.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is only secured once confirmed in writing and the required booking fee has been received.

  • The booking fee is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in your invoice or booking confirmation.

  • Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client Cancellation

  • If the Client cancels the booking, the booking fee is non-refundable.

  • Any additional payments made may be refundable at our discretion, depending on notice given.

Rescheduling

  • If your wedding date changes, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

  • If we are unavailable for the new date, this will be treated as a cancellation.

Our Cancellation

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, we will endeavour to provide a suitable replacement or issue a full refund of all payments made.

4. Creative Style & Expectations

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you are familiar with our style and approach, as shown on our website and social media.

While we aim to capture key moments and emotions, we cannot guarantee the capture of every moment, guest, or detail.

5. Delivery of Content

  • Highlight videos are delivered within the timeframe stated in your package unless otherwise stated.

  • Raw and edited files are delivered digitally via an online gallery or file transfer service.

  • Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including technical issues or force majeure events.

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding timings, locations, and venue details

  • Obtain any necessary permissions from venues or officiants for filming

  • Inform guests that content creation will take place

We are not responsible for restrictions imposed by venues, registrars, celebrants, or other suppliers.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We take all reasonable care in delivering our services; however, liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client.

  • We are not liable for loss caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to venue restrictions, weather, guest behaviour, or equipment failure beyond reasonable safeguards.

  • Digital files are the responsibility of the Client once delivered. We recommend backing up all content upon receipt.

8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Reel Moments by Grace retains the copyright to all content created.

  • The Client is granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use and share the content.

  • We may use content for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing prior to the wedding day.

9. Third-Party Suppliers

We are not responsible for the performance, actions, or omissions of other suppliers, including photographers, videographers, venues, or planners.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, government restrictions, or emergencies.

11. Website Use

All content on this website is owned by Reel Moments by Grace and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
